    What do you know? Beckham has the same problems conjugating the "to be" verb as many of my Ebonics-speaking students from the projects. Who knew he was so down.

    Brain-fart there. But he was quite gracious about it....

    What I meant to ask wasn't neccesarily in MADRID or Manchester, but in Spain, England, wherever you used to go out and be followed, was the media more intrusive and the attention more overwhelming than here. But as soon as I said it, it was too late....
