If he isn't, there's a top 3 list and he's undoubtedly on it. The man played with shit for teammates his entire career and is still an all-time great. His NCAA records will probably never be broken playing for what was a middling school. If he had a decent teammate at some point in his career, it would be without question...GOAT.
It's kind of a myth. He had a few top 10 lines at the time. It's not exactly as if he was on a high school team.
