The Golf Tounament is June 23 at Old Hickory Golf Club in Woodbridge, The cost is $1000 per team. or if you want to pay and play as an individual its $275.
Good News bad news, I unfortunately cant play in the tournament this year, bummer, but I did get the letter and i am starting the academy on the 27th, so yay, i have a real job now lol
I wasn't going to sign up by myself, but I would play with some fellow Barra members, and could pay the $250. Are their any spots available? I actually am halfway decent at golf (might be a con for these purposes)..... but just as good at drinking too...

A pic from the outing today. Unfortunately the tournament got called off after nine holes as rain and lightning came through this afternoon in Woodbridge. They did the right thing and you definitely don't want to risk anyone's safety. So when everyone was moved into the clubhouse, it became a big happy hour. Not sure who won, I left before dinner was served as I really didn't want to drive home in the dark while raining. It had just let up close to 6:00 so with some daylight left it was a good time to go. Shot a few crowd shots and the Barra top brass were having a good old time. The above pic says it all Overall, a lot of fun. Don't know when or if I'll be out that way again so I didn't pick up my free 9 hole certificate the club gave us. My son liked his United cap that was included in the swag. I should have had some players sign it for him but I wasn't thinking.

(Especially since Pete didn't show and stiffed Steve the $250 fee..) Tino signed the jersey he gave me in LA. Steve got everyone to sign his VW logo jersey. He said all of the players were just great to hang out with; just had a f#%*ing awesome day
Peta was looking for him all over tailgate Sunday. Now that I think about it they were probably 15 feet apart in stadium lol
naw, we need to figure out what happened and why he didn't show first... It is really frustrating for me that I didn't play cause we couldn't afford it, then ended up HAVING to afford it and I didn't even get to hang out with the players.

I love how the Barra came in last. AGAIN. However, nothing will top Franco Niell's celebration when his team won 1st place. Hilarious.
I thought it was funny how his teammates were commenting on how the driver he won was taller than he was! Oh the other Barra team did respectfully well, even with me on the team.
for me the classic was i asked mark simpson what they shot and he said "five under" so then someone asked me what we shot and i said "6 under" and payne spun around and said "youguys shot 6 under", then he looked at me, shook his head and said "stop ********ing with me" and grinned.
