All the possibly disruptive personalities have been rooted out of the club by Hodd, so I'm not sure who is left to cause a problem. Could be worse.. he could have gone to Newcastle. He'll be ok, the disruptive influences might have been because Hoddle talks to you once and a while and was generally unapproachable. Now there is a transition and it might be hard to get used to for those who were Hoddle favourites, not sure who it might be.. but give him time, and he'll sort himself out. A bit of family over here might work wonders.
