That is pretty cool. Great to have support from other Houston teams.

Man, that dude would be a great addition to the TA/EB! He's got more energy when he's in the dugout waiting to go back to the mound then anybody. I bet he could jump and sing for 6 hours, not just the 2 hours of the game.

I can't wait to see who else is going to be there next week. :D

Sweet! Hope he fully recovers over the off-season. I wonder who the other players will be? I know that Spanoulis, the new Rockets player from Greece, is a soccer fan, and I'm sure there are several Texans that are as well.

Yeah, that is pretty cool. Nice tie-in to try to gain interest from other sports' fans. It'd be cool to see them take that to the advertising level - having local sports heroes in Dynamo gear on billboards, tv, newspaper ads, etc.

Just to update: We now have some Texans (Kris Brown, Sage Rosenfels, and Chad Stanley), and others (i.e. Aeros, La Mafia).

Because I'm at school in DC and don't live in Houston right now, I'm a bit curious... Are these played on TV at all? Probably not, but it would be sweet.

    Bayernguy,
    one question only :

in your school in DC , do they not teach you , what team to support ?!!!

In Muenchen that would be 1860 !!

    ;)

Just kidding , my german son is born in Muenchen , and me , a VfB Stuttgart 1893 diehard , went with him to Bayern games . Still leaves me a bad taste in my mouth :p ;)

haha! If I supported 1860, I'd probably kill myself. The only thing I could cheer about them is that Gregg Berhalter plays for them.

That said, I'll let your opinions slide, because ultimately, we both love the men in Orange (at least, I'd imagine you do)!

That's the first thing I thought when I saw that ball too. I've seen the Chitvas and Galaxatives ones at Target around town, but that's the first time I've seen a Dynamo ball.
