Peace, Love, Unity, and Having Fun - Hip Hop Mix
One of the founding fathers of Hip Hop is a reformed NYC Gang Member who now goes by the name of Afrika Bambaataa. When he decided to be a positive force in his community, he deciced to do so though music, which was a large part of the birth of Hip Hop. The message he always tried to impart in his music is "Peace, Love, Unity, and Having Fun." That's what I've tried to do with this mix. Now of course, life takes us all to different places and turns us into different people, and I've tried to put that into this mix as well. I think the mix as a whole is a good indicator of what I love about Hip Hop and what I feel the genre is capable of.

And I had to have a little fun with the last track and take you all back to when Hip Hop was more about just having fun.
