If u look at how Werner, Rudiger, Havertz, Draxler,,Koch and Kehrer have some poor performances and become joke

Our players are losing reputation in big clubs too. I think all of them will be benchwarmers soon

Gedikli, Rhein, Raebiger imo are not top talents. Heard many bad things about Gedikli

situation is like Gianluca Itter, hyped up early and got his debut early as well. But always heard bad things about him

Rhein will be lucky if he can become a pro footballer. So slow and so physically weak. Not for 1BL, hope he can make it in other leagues

-01 Brandt and 03-Matanovic training with 1st team.

-03 Gedikli continues to train with Bayer 1st team ahead of EL.

    -Maina update,
On Monday, Linton Maina (21 / injury to the outer meniscus) returned to the field with soccer shoes and trained with the reservists. On Tuesday when there was no training, he practiced with rehabilitation coach Dennis Fischer - Maina should go to the field with the team on Wednesday. If everything goes so well this week, Maina could at least sit on the bench as a wild card against Kiel on Sunday.

-Leeds interested in Ambrosius from HSV.
    https://insidefutbol.com/2020/11/16...er-blow-in-stephan-ambrosius-interest/481938/

    and so is Celtic too.

Recall was also linked with Serie A but better stay at HSV.

    DENNIS LÜTKE-FRIE (2003)
Thanks to the presence of players like Can, Witsel and Bellingham, Dennis Lütke-Frie will hardly find the space to make his debut in the first team already this season. The qualities, however, are of the very important ones: defensive midfielder, central midfielder, attacking midfielder and, if necessary, even full-back, the 2003 class is a flexible and technically gifted player, capable of setting and forbidding the action. Lütke-Frie has an excellent vision of the game, great determination and a dynamism that allows him to be found in practically all areas of the pitch. A very complete midfielder, also gifted with a great nose for goals: 7 goals scored last season.

    ANSGAR KNAUFF (2002)
To stand out in the Borussia Dortmund U19 with a stellar Youssoufa Moukoko is not easy at all. Ansgar Knauff, however, succeeded, becoming the second best assistman and the third best scorer in the Dortmund U19. At the start of this season, his excellent performances earned him "promotion" to the second team, with whom he has so far scored 1 goal and 1 assist in 5 games. Fast, technical and unpredictable right winger, Knauff knows how to disengage well even on the opposite wing, where he can use his natural foot to concentrate and shoot on goal.

FC Koln one best Academies to churn out players in Europe.

Among the teams that have currently integrated most of the youth players into their own professional teams, FC is in fourth place with eight players, together with Stade Rennes, Manchester United, AS Saint-Etienne and West Ham. At FC, these include the current professionals Timo Horn, Noah Katterbach, Jan Thielmann, Ismail Jakobs, Ron Robert Zieler, Christian Clemens, Salih Özcan and Tim Lemperle. If you take it exactly, Jens Castrop, Robert Voloder and Justin Diehl could even be added, who are not yet an integral part of the professional squad, but have already signed their first professional contract with the billy goats. In addition to the eight FC players, there are nine other professionals for other clubs on the field. These are Florian Wirtz, Mitchell Weiser (both Bayer 04 Leverkusen), Yannick Gerhardt * (VfL Wolfsburg), Lukas Klünter (Hertha BSC), Mark Uth, Can Bozdogan (both Schalke 04), Marcel Hartel, Reinhold Yabo (both Arminia Bielefeld) and Lukas Kübler (SC Freiburg).

What’s wrong with Raebiger? I hear he’s the top 05 talent in Germany. Also you tend to overated the talent coming out of countries like Italy and Belgium

Are the comparisons to Kimmich legit for Krause. Kimmich is the best midfielder in the planet imo and if he becomes anywhere near as good we have a great player

Hopefully Lutke-Frie = long term Witsel replacement and Knauff = long term Sancho replacement. Both will need replacing in the not too distant future, for different reasons.

No reason why Dortmund can't start filling their team with more academy products in the next few years imo. Unbehaun, Semic, Collins, Pauli, Raschl, Lutke-Frie, Knauff, Bamba and Moukoko all have prospects, there are others too. Would be great to see them with a mainly German starting xi again.

Delaney, Witsel (would be 33 then) and Dahoud all have 2022 contracts aka next Summer. It's all about contracts extensions if your not renewing better sell in 2021. I've also seen some Dortmund fans say could be openings in midfield in 1-2 years. If Reinier's current flop loan gets axed (could happen in Winter) could get Knauff even closer to 1st team.

also why Raschl should go on loan so his timing might align more. Dortmund II getting 3rd Liga promotion should boost future youngsters too.

would love to see them fill squad with Academy players.

would say Dortmund is like this,

    1st team prospects
    98-Passlack
    00-Raschl
    01-Unbehaun
    02-Knauff
    03-Semic and Lutke-Frie
    04-Moukoko, Collins and Bamba

Outsiders or trained/played friendly but 3rd Liga promotion could boost.
97-Duman (Zorc said they will watch his dev in Summer)
98-S.Tigges (has trained/played 1st team friendlies but that was last season, really should jump to 2BL in Summer), Hippe (did well in 1st team during Summer), Weigelt (when cb injury issues happened this season was given 1st team training shot only to get injured as always Germans and bad timing looks back now), Harlass (outsider), Fuhrich (on loan to 2BL has no Dortmund future although did make 1st team bench like 3-4 times but unused. Having a good 2BL season and if he keeps up could end up in 1BL next season)
99-Drljaca (plays good amount of II and 4th GK has made 1st team bench bunch of times), Tachie (outsider), Krebs (outsider), Maloney (outsider)
00-Osterhage (considered 1st team prospect Officially by club pre-long term injury, seems close to comeback more wait and see. 3rd Liga promotion could boost him), Broschinski (out all season should be back in Jan)
01-Bakir (made 1st team bench last season and has played friendlies, has done well in II this season too needs to improve in some places but good start in adult footy)
02-Thaqi (already made II squad but unused, dev well in U19 and 3rd Liga could be boost), Kuffour (dev well in U19 and 3rd Liga could be boost), Meier/Rauch (looks to have no Dortmund future), Amedick (Dev well most didn't expect it too, 3rd Liga could be boost), Hetemi (looks lacking so far, hard to predict).
03-Mata/Kleine-Bekel (played more last season in U17 should play more next season. Kleine-Bekel is CB behind Thaqi/Collins who only allowed 2 goals in 4 games), El-Zein (hasn't played a huge amount this season but has looked good), Gencoglu (since U17 tons of players have moved ahead of him, makes you wonder if he has a Dortmund future. Should consider leaving), Gurpruz (overall has done well should continue his path).

wait and see to all U17 and under.

    speak of the devil,

02 W Knauff signs pro contract. More and more and more 02s signing pro contracts or early pro chances.

    BVB extended with Ansgar Knauff
Ansgar Knauff, who emerged from Borussia Dortmund's junior division, signs his first professional contract and will stay with BVB until at least 2023.

In the summer Knauff completed the preparation with the team of head trainer Lucien Favre and thus got a taste of professional air for the first time. The junior international made a good impression in the training camp and subsequently moved up from the U19 to the U23 under coach Enrico Maaßen. In five games of the regional league leaders, he met for the first time in the derby last weekend to compensate for the interim.

"We are very satisfied with Ansgar's development," said Lars Ricken, BVB youth coordinator, looking forward to continuing to work with the top talent. Ansgar Knauff is also happy to sign his first professional contract with his training club: “I am convinced that I can develop very well here. For my goal of playing for the BVB Bundesliga team, I will continue to give everything. "

I'll say this top talent doesn't = world class prospects. Some top talents are obviously both but a lot just means they could end up being good to very good players.

when I read/hear Kuntz bitching about top talents he actually means world class prospects. Tons of players in U21 have been called top talents by their own clubs.

clubs call 1st team prospects top talent all the time.

I do worry about the talent we are producing but I’m sure you are exaggerating with saying they are producing 10x the talent . You are overhyping certain prospects in other countries and looking for flaws in ours. For example for all the talent francr produces they don’t have a midfielder in the level of Kimmich or Goretzka aside from Kante and he came out of nowhere.

what German players between 99-2005 are you high on?

also why don’t you rate Raebiger?

    RL
    Ceka (1st), S.Tigges (8th), Benger (3rd), Sieben (1st), Meuer (9th), Ghawilu (3rd)
    Obuz X3 (02, 3rd)

-Let's go, Koln has tons of promising player. Would love to see attacking Obuz, Lemperle, Thielmann, Schmid and Diehl all make 1st team together.

-Dortmund II lost 2-1 but still with 2 games in hand and Duman missed a PK which was Knauff laying it off to Tigges who got fouled.

    3rd Liga
-02 Rohl who signed pro contract last season with Ingolstadt today made his 3rd Liga/pro debut and in XI too. I thought he did well didn't look out of place and agressive too. Ingolstadt won as well.

97 Eckert is back from long term out was really good and goal and assist. Still not sure what the ******** he's doing in 3rd Liga from La Liga......
-Bayern II lost, Feldhahn and Vita were terrible. Wish Bayern II had a better older cb than Feldhahn. Midfield sans Stiller looks lost and got worst when Kern was injured in 1st half. Arp, Kuhn, Dajaku had good moments but Bayern struggled to reach Ingolstadt box from most of match, got lost in traffic and midfield battle. Scott came on early in 1st half for 2nd cap, was better in 1st than 2nd half and skied a sitter too.

-Dynamo who have tons of youngsters continue winning streak. Will be curious to see from Wehen, Dynamo, 1860, Ingolstadt if any get 2BL promotion

    Coppa Italia
Chabot played 120 min as his Serie A club dispatched Bologna 4-2 ET.

    CL
-03 CB Mbi was unused bench for Bayern.
-98 CF Berisha scored on Bayern again.
    https://streamja.com/7ak3V

3 goals and 1 assist in 4 CL games.
Although had chances to score hat trick on Bayern today.
-02 CF Adeyemi made his CL debut today vs his old club Bayern playing 20 min.

curious @Icke to your thoughts on 02 W Obuz. Recalled you had doubts he'd do well in adult footy. Hat trick today

has interesting skill set of dribbling and speed, physicality can come later. Koln people have said last season when it comes to 1st team propsects that Lemperle and Obuz were very interesting due to their speed/technique/dribbling. Obuz is the skilled small player while Lemperle at 1.87m is tall one who's more physical and can even play cf, also that Lemperle having long legs makes him difficult to play against too.

4th league for U19 player and still vs adults.

but this is why I hate 1BL/2BL anyways. All this no physicality= no party seems like nonsense. Wirtz last season had some physical deficiits and he still played 1BL.

a player like Obuz and tons more would be welcomed in Erdedivisie, La Liga, Portugal but 1BL, lacking physically=delay career. Skills should be main focus.

although for his size, 1.7m tall, there are numerous W/AM that small who've made in 1BL.

This would be difficult to cope with, given the list of injuries and the English weeks that run until Christmas. Problems are already arising. "Because we have some injuries, some positions are not filled twice," explains the Dutchman, who has limited his ability to rotate. "We have to be careful. With regard to the Hertha game, this will already be the case against Hapoel - as far as the squad, which will be increased against Hapoel by U-19 striker Emrehan Gedikli, still allows.
