Atlas heading down the S.A. de C.V. route??

I have been keeping up with this story since it broke out how Atlas may turn over their team to a sports management group (promotora). There is even speculation that Atlas will dissolve and convert into a full out for profit S corporation.

What I do not get is how Frangie, who use to be Chivas' President, is now all of a sudden the one doing the dealings?

this joker left Chivas for personal reasons and saying he did not have time.... for him to show up on the radar months later.... something to me does not smell right
