I know that we are interesting in Macnelly and Walter Moreno. if we can bring them to Atanasio it'll great. both international players with high skills. also players like Dayro Moreno, maybe Carlos Villagra, Diego Cabrera, Daniel Hidalgo if he won't go to Spain, can be our forwards instead of Aristi. I would consider to bring back Edixon Perea, who's clearly not gonna play soon for Bordeaux. instead of losing his best years as a footballer, he can rejoin us and makes great things like he did in his first period in NAL. We need to keep Galvan, we have valencia but I dont think that Echeverry and Munoz are too good to be a backup for the Libertadores. what a great team this could be :D

    GK OSPINA
    RB ZUNIGA
    LB VELEZ
    CB MENDOZA
    CB MORENO
    DM AMAYA
    DM CHARA

    LCM TORRES

I think echeverry is a wonderful underestimated striker, if you guys don't want him i know a team that needs a good foward sooner than NOW!!!:D

Echeverry is a good player, but for a team who wants to compete in the Libertadores, we do have serious forwards problem. Carmelo is good, but Galvan isn't getting younger and faster, Aristi retired, and Echeverry and Munoz I prefer as subs. we do need one more scorer like the players I mentioned. and no, we dont want him to go to America!!! :D you guys also have serious forwards problem.

We don't want Carlos Cortes in Nacional and he won't play for Nacional. good news for us: :D Marulanda announced that Galvan signed a contract until the end of 2009 and he also said that Echeverry will stay in the club. some of the players that the club is looking are Walter Moreno, Andres Gonzalez, Otalvaro, Macnelly & Villagra. the club will sign a defender, a creative midfielder and a forward.

    Greetings to all,

I'm still looking for help with purchasing the white Atletico Nacional jersey that's hanging in the Tienda Verde on their website. If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Here is a link to the best photo of the jersey. Thanks, ELM

for real I guess the bad preess of Dayro bothered them or Once wanted too much? I guess Quintab anni figures he could make Villagras successful like he was when they where both at Pasto and won the Copa Mustang

Nacioal made a huge mistake, buying this guy, they need a young fast goleador. and who the hell is replacing Aldo Leao?? they shoud buy the kid from arsenal de sarandi(alejandro gomez) to replace Aristi.

News is that Nacional made an offer to Juan Pablo Angel, but he rejected it to stay on Red Bulls for another two years...to be honest, Nacional would destroy NY Redbulls....i guess JPA only cares about retirement money

    he has kids man.....

where is a better place to grow up NY or Medillen....

Colombia is nice but its hard to go from england to US to Colombia to live.....

I know a bunch of us go to colombia on vacation and like it but how many of u would really move back??

Angel is making more money, having a better standard of living and his kids will grow up in a safer place(guessin he lives in the suburbs) and he prob isnt as harassed for autographs by people like if he were in colombia and is under contract

Nacional has to stop thinkin to the past and think to the future I am sure they have great youth prospects.... they need to look there and find players. Which I thought is what they did and found Aldo's replacement..... but guess I was wrong

looks like Nacional will have a weak offense this sem.... lets hope Ospina and the D can save them in the Copa Lib

so far the weak offense is in creative midfielder (lacking) and striker (villagra sucks), but I still don't see where the offense is to the point of being labeled weak...i.e. camilo zuniga, stiven velez, galvan rey, carmelo valencia....these are not weak players. I guess the offense has been weakened, but the offense is nowhere near weak.
