Our 3rd final in the space of a week and a bit. Huge match and of course winnable. It won't be easy though. Teams with nothing to play for can be notoriously slippery banana skins and with fans back their players will be up for it. Not a great team right now but they've had some proper results this season including one that will go down in defending champion infamy. Win and the lads can relax a little for the final final. Draw and its nervy. Lose and we dont deserve sh*t. So just win lads, okay? And drill timo on the offside rule a little more, yeah tommy? COYB
Scenarios: WIN If we win, we're in. DRAW If we draw, we need Liverpool and Leicester to both draw or lose. If they both win and we draw, we're out. LOSE If we lose, the only way we're in is if both Liverpool and Leicester lose. Or Liverpool wins and Leicester loses. Or Liverpool wins and Leicester draws as we have a slightly better GD.
I'm already nervous.....We should win, but Villa just had a solid win and they are home in front of fans. They will go for it.
If there is a positive with having to fight until the last game it's our focus will be maintained. City have already relaxed from the league and it's not always easy to switch the intensity back on. That said I wish utd had beaten Leicester when I asked them to....
I wish we beaten Arse....focus is great, but pressure can be a bitch. Vila score and all of a sudden, the pressure is immense. The question is - do we play Kante if he's ready to go, but not really.

I do wonder sometimes, if we should change that formation of ours and go to four at the back and play Havertz on from the beginning. Dave and Reece? which way round today I wonder.
Considering how ineffective wingbacks become as an offensive weapon when you don’t have a striker to target, I’d love to see 4 at the back. Seems like that extra man is what keeps this team from conceding.. and also from scoring.
