Considering his height and physique I was also impressed tbh lol Never comes good for the national team tho
maybe the reason karim plays good in greece is because he has a friendly competition with shojaie and doesnt wanna look like the "bad" Iranian player there. but in TM he doesnt feel that pressure. and also CQ system is not easy for strikers, especially one who is not a clinical finisher, like karim.

That's a bit harsh imo. Considering that we wouldn't have made it to the WC without his laser guided precision pass to Khalatbari in Tashkent. Is he as prolific as Gucci or Azmoun? No. Is he ever going to be as prolific as them? Not bloody likely. However, despite him being our 3rd string striker - definitely rate him higher than Taremi - he's still a class above anyone the koreans, or the uzbeks have to offer for a striker. Besides, talent was always there, but he got too big too fast at such a young age, and made some extremely stupid career decisions. Staying in Saipa when he should have moved to PP. Moving to PP when he should have left for Europe, etc. So he lost a few years, but he's still young and he's improving. Might come good afterall. ;D
koreans have been impressing in top leagues, but when it comes to playing Iran they cant score (even against other asian opposition they are no ali daie)? Iranian players would probably do well in big leagues too if they had an equal chance at being scouted.
I think Korea can't score against certain types of team such as Iran. It's pretty easy to beat Korea if you know how to defend as a team, have a prolific and strong striker upfront, and physical. That's how we got exposed against Algeria or Honduras in the Olympics.
Forgot to post this. Mahmoud Eid with a Golazo in the Swedish Allsvenskan for Kalmar. Player was in third division this time last year, moved to the second division in the off season and now has two goals in two starts for Kalmar.
Saman Ghoddoos scored 2 goals and assisted one is his team,Ostersund FK, victory (3-0) against strongest Swedish team at first position, Malmo FF.
He is Swedish Iranian. I think he's 23 years old, so pretty young too but has not yet been called up for Iran. It might happen at some point if he maintains these stats however we won't be surprised if he gets called up by Sweden either, but no big deal either way he doesn't seem better than our current options
No, that Iraqi guy is Brwa Nouri or something. Brwa (Iraqi) and Saman (Iranian) both play for Ostersund FK in Sweden. He is as good as Musalman but faster. Soroush Rafie is at same level. Who else do you think is young, fast and dangerous like this guy in AMF position in our national team?
Could be faster than Mosalman but could also be a worst passer/vision/playmaker as him Don't really know him well but if we compare him to our available CAMs doubt that he's better than Shojaeian, Rafiei, Shojaei, Pahlevan, Tabrizi, Mosalman, Rahmani when inform. He could be a good player to add to our depth when in decent form but for now I don't really see him as a necessary player. There's some chances that he could transfer to better leagues nearby like Eredivisie, Belgian league or something if he develops well, then if he performs there it could be a serious option to consider.

Bundesliga side SV Werder Bremen's head coach Alexander Nouri is an Iranian who grew up in Germany. He was very close to playing for Iran too before he had an injury that ended his playing career early. He seems to love all things Iranian and even has a big map of Iran tattooed on his right hand. If he stays in charge of Werder Bremen for next season, he will probably add former Team Melli/Bayern Munich striker Vahid Hashemian, with whom he is close friends, to his coaching staff and you might see a bunch of talented Iranian players signing up with Werder Bremen which would be great for Iranian football.
First CL goal conceded by Atletico Madrid at home in over a year. Even Messi and Ronaldo couldn't do it, but Sardar has done it. 793547824885563392 is not a valid tweet id
