    I would laugh at the prospect of ManU in the Conference League, tho.

    Ideally Xavi would make an appearance for Villa for maximum pain, but I will have to dream

    If Haaland suffers an ACL on Matchday 1, I won't cry.

    Would be nice for the fans to start saluting the team now. C'mon, folks, rally behind the badge!

    Liverpool's day is much like ours. They did what they had to do today. But there's probably one match they drew or lost that their fans will point to as the one that prevented them from sealing this deal.

    Pitch invasion at Eastlands. Pep in tears. Given what's been happenin lately the security is really struggling to keep the players safe. Sorry scenes.

    Jesse keeps Leeds up. I'm likin that A WHOLE LOT more than what just happened to the Mancs.

    Whoa, just catching my breath there. Not so much at our result, but the others! Anyway...

    FT ARS 5-1 EVE

    Played massively on the front foot for nearly the whole match. Not surprising, but REALLY liked seeing that.

    Completely dominated the stats:
    * possession: 74% - 26%
    * shots: 26(9) - 6(2)
    * xg: <someone else can supply>

    Good final performance (result too!) of the season. Leaves a generally good taste in your mouth. With the slight regret that we had UCL and St.Tott's in our hands and let it slip right at the end, partly due to a spate of injuries.

    Oh well, 5th place is nothin to sneeze at, when we finished 8th for the last 2 seasons.

    Next opponent??.... Everton!.... in B'more. See some of you there???

    Great performance today in a dead rubber.

    Gabriel’s barber should win the MVP this season.

    Good win, but doesn't hide the fact we had the worst start to a season in the clubs history, one of the worst Jan transfer windows in the clubs history, and with 4th place in our control we lost winnable games and bottled CL football which will cost the club targets in the transfer market.

    Going from your first two points to being in position for the last one is a pretty decent improvement, especially over last two seasons.

    Like I said elsewhere, if it weren't for the facts of Arsenal finishing right behind S***s, and doing so so late in the season, I think most of us would see the whole of the season as a strong step forward.

    good improvement from a novice manager with a young team. Gotta get the summer right, and improve man management and tactics but all in all I cannot be angry. This is not a good enough squad to place 4th so time to add and figure out the right mix going forward.

    Let’s be real

    spurs have two world
    Class players and only just finished above us. In the next year or two, son will be crocked and Kane will be old as hell

    their cycle has bought them no trophy’s, just finished above us a few times and a cl final

    we need to invest massively and replace the garbage. Bring in hungry young talent and a bit of experience and we should be good
