Is the only way to see these first few Arsenal matches by paying at the arsenal website? or are they also going to be available on satellite? or pay per view?

I know it's just a friendly, but I am having soccer withdrawal here!!! :D

It looks as if they're only gonna be streamed online.. but Arsenal plus is only $7 a month. This is the first full match they've ever streamed live... so hopefully it becomes common for non-tv games. There's nothing like getting up at 7am and watching a game in bed on a laptop.

    Starting 11 anyone? ;)

Last year it they just crushed them. I'm sure if you have Arsenal Plus you can hear the match. I doubt it's on PPV.

I'm sure there will be a game or two where we could get a drink in!

I'm not sure if I'm going to make it up there early, one of my mates is waiting for a van to be delivered. If we are, we'll nip down for a pint.

David Bentley...the forgotten gunner. I really hope he gets a chance this year but I doubt it. He looked pretty good for Norwich during their late attempt at safety. I'm not saying he should play over our top guys, just that I'd like to see him in the mix especially when we have injuries.

You mentioned, while we were at @ that there was a reserve game at barnet that monday....I think I even called you to see if you were going. I never said anything because I really had phun taking the tube up there...listening to my iPod...seeing some of the countryside...walking from the tube stop down into the neighborhood around the stadium. I, honestly, did not mind that much. Besides, you had just helped me into my phirst Arsenal game!

I only brought it up because you reminded me by mentioning the red lion (which I almost but didn't go in).

See THIS is why you should come with us to London rather than going to Vegas. That sounds exactly like something I would do!!! I'm a more blend in with the locals and really get the feel of the town kind of person. Although I must be a geek and take a picture of me crossing Abbey Road. It is simply a must geek thing to do! And Londoners are so...how should i phrase this politely...not openly friendly to people they don't know. I mean I went to Chicago all by myself but was never alone. Because the people were there were so helpful and friendly that they kept entertaining me and showing me the sites. This isn't going to go over so well in London.

Your right to be fair, Londoners are really unfriendly people. Very few will stop to help anyone - it's not a great way to be......but thats London!! Go to places like SoHo, Camden etc and you will find people much more relaxed and easy going!!
