Apple TV buys all MLS broadcast rights for 10 years

Opposite for me. Didn't try my phone but on my Mac it wouldn't let me "redeem my code" unless I had MacOS 13-something. Decided it's time to upgrade anyway. Really though? Redeeming a code requires the latest OS or close to it?

 

It turns out the Quakes will be free to watch for the first 3 weeks in a row.

Each week 6 games are free to watch without a subscription and San Jose is featured as one of the 6 in each of the first 3 weeks. Only 4 weeks of free games have been posted so far.

Do i need to have the apple app on my laptop before hitting accept on the access email, i hit accept and nothing happened, i am soo confused any help is appreciated.

 

There's actually a lot of featured content in the Quakes page on Apple+. In order to whet my appetite over the next several weeks I'll be delving into it. I normally wake up at 6:00 am - Mrs. bsman likes to sleep much later - so I can watch these with the headphones on and my little Waterloo WL-12 MH on my lap to noodle along with.

On days where I'm not playing pickle ball. Dammit - @Replikait is right - I'm officially a senior citizen. However, right now I'm one of the 'young/old' so I'm a stud out on the gym floor!

 

So far I've watched the SJ 2022 5 top goals, Iconic Wondo, SJ Club Profile, and Cade Cowell interview. All of it is cool but I hope they do something more in-depth about Wondo.

 

Sorry another question , so I updated my I phone to the 16.2 and was able to redeem my access pass and can watch on my phone, on my tv however I have the apple tv plus app open and hit the MLS icon but it is asking me to subscribe, how do I do I apply my free access on my tv?.

 

One thing to try is log out of the Apple TV+ app on your tv and log back in making sure to use the email and password you use on your iPhone (the same email and password you use to download apps - also called the Apple ID)

Unless they lower the price (which I doubt they will) it doesn't really matter.

 

I played pickleball almost 40 years ago when I lived in Washington state, (where it was invented). A house a friend was renting near Seattle actually had a pickleball court and the owners had left the gear for the renters to use. At the time I didn't think it was a sport for old people.

 

Couldn't find the email in my gmail inbox, called my new rep, he gave me the subject and I searched for it and found it (must have been in promotions or spam), successfully logged in on my laptop... now to make sure it's showing up on the app on my Xbox so I'm ready to watch on TV.

Haha. Nope. Not my outfit or my seat.

I spent the first half sitting alone (my guest bailed) on the east centerline, four rows up. Went to the near empty southwest endzone (near Ultras) in the first few rows for second half to watch the anticipated Comeback unfold up close. Would love to get a screen cap of me in the crowd for that game (greatest sporting event in San Jose history and greatest that I ever witnessed live), but haven't found one yet.

MLS Next Pro will have content and a presence on AppleTV. It is not showing currently.

The apple account will need to be signed into the other platforms.
