    So...is that lion going to attempt to pork that soccerball, or do you think it will just go find another male lion to mate with (surely, it doesn't want a female lion)?

    What is with the groinal bulge in that first pic? Looks like he's hiding a traffic cone down there.

    And further more, wasn't the mascot for the England 66 cup a lion? Could this be a subtle dig at their rivals who were supposed to have won the right to host but lost it due to more fan violence?

    I really thought that David Hasselhoff in commemorative lifeguard trunks would be the mascot. Boy, they really fooled me. The Lion looks a little like Hasselhoff, no?
