When Hugo first started with the team, he said he would play the 4-4-2, and even preferred the 4-1-2-1-2. He never used it. With the never before seen wealth of talent Mexico will have in the attacking third over the next few years, it seems to me that Mexico would be best suited to play a 4-3-3, especially if Rafa can be freed to play the DM role he was born to play. Mexico would only need one DM if it was him. The best coaches always modify their schemes to fit the talent they have, not jam players into their rigid way of playing. If Hugo did move into a 4-3-3, his line-up can look like this: Ochoa I. Castro---Osorio--Moreno--Salcido Arce---Marquez---Guardado dos santos---vela---nery Will Hugo make the necessary adjustments to take advantage of his players' talents?
