    Damn! I just saw last week on "NOVA" the show about the paleontologists who had pushed the date from the 14 to 15 thousand years ago to 20 to 22 thousand years ago.

    They also, using mitochondrial DNA have postulated that some ancient "Americans" came over from Europe unlike the previous theory that everyone came from Asia, during the last ice age, crossing the Bering land bridge that was exposed by low sea levels.

    In reference to the first story up there, my personal theory that the Saquatch is the missing link seems to be coming apart at the seams. ;)
