Finally got a copy of the new documentary by Paul Kermizian, "American Beer". If you're a fan of craft brew and documentary film this is for you (sent me right into orbit). Well done feature, maybe a tad uneven in patches, but well worth the $20 for the special edition. There are some hilarious scenes and insightful comments from many of the leading lights of the craft beer movement in the US. The playful (drunken) method of filming (road trip featuring 38 breweries in 40 days) helps avoid to much stuffiness or over beer geekdom. The special edition features 80 minutes of extra footage.
