    Anyone else underwhelmed with him?

He holds the ball well, but I feel he plays only on instinct and reaction.
He’s lost when he gets in the PA
No plan. He dribbles and weaves until he dribbles out of touch.
I feel he plays on hope rather than the will to make a mark.

Oh yeah I agree. Didn't watch today's game but that's the feeling I got from the Everton game last month. A lot of dribbling then disappointing final pass/touch.

He's already 25, so probably not a lot of potential to tap in left. I guess at some point in the future we will upgrade to a better french winger in the Ginola/Robert class

If he scored more often, I could forgive the lack of vision. I think his displays of anger at getting held by defenders is an early sign that he is not adapting. I wouldn't be surprised to see him replaced by a player who fits the team better.

Announcer spoke about him during the City match. He said he is chaos when he plays and never knows what he’s going to do with the ball. He went on to say it is impossible for his teammates to play off of him.
