    Good Morning,

My name is Thilo Kunkel and I am a sport researcher at Temple University. I am currently conducting research on the topic of professional soccer players and would like to get some fan perspective behind the project.

I will share findings with all participants via email after the report has been developed. Participants also have a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card. The survey is placed under the following link:

    Have a great day,

    Thilo

I think in the future we just need lineups rayher than a full detailed analysis as the play is mostly obvious etc and it causes huge delays

I agreed. I used to write a lot. Now, I just wrote a few this things to "sell" my team. Sometimes, I just cut and paste from previous drafts. Everyone should know why I put Laudrup behind the striker and Gento on the wing.

I seriously doubt that any of us can convince anyone with something revolutionary. Even, if you identify yourself as Simeone, Conte, Pep or Mourinho hiding under a handler.... you would not convince me with anything dramatic.

I can change it if you want... but Boniek is ideal in that #11 wing-forward/support forward role (peak-Juve); and Hagi roving from right.

I was actually impressed by your team so much that I was tempted to do the write-up as well ;)

I'd say I've got one of the stronger spines in the draft. And Rijkaard is perfect cover to allow Beckenbauer to roam up the pitch, which is why I picked him second. There are some stronger teams in the offensive department, but I feel its a well balanced team.

Considering there are 12 teams, but we're being asked to rank them 1-11th, I'd assume we're not suppose to rank ourselves.

It's a secret ballot type ranking system mate by PM to La-Maquina (but often people reveal some or all of their ranking afterwards).

True, but I can't vote for myself though :D

In all seriousness, I'm not so sure it's as clear cut as that. I think the top 3 teams are very close to one another.

I'll say this (as most of the votes are in)...I think I have the 3rd\4th best team...but I may finish lower as I did not submit tactics. Above are 2 teams that stand out....and it is then easier to judge the 1 0r 2 positions that push 1 team above the other when deciding on those 2.
