A little bit surprised by the CR7 early pick. Obviously will go down as an all time great...but I think it's quite difficult to build a team with him in. He's kind of a selfish player....so I will be interested to see how the other picks go for that team.
As he hasn't picked as yet, I'll make a pick and I guess you can edit the order back easily enough. Then Excape can go in 12th too and make two picks in a row can't he. I was sort of liking the idea of two picks in a row, but can't wait to make my first pick haha!
Made my pick. There were some bigger names (and a couple I've often picked before so maybe that was in my mind) but I felt I could do with a player like Neeskens and he might not last much longer. @Perú FC for one pick and then @Excape Goat for two I think now?
Yes, it's Peru FC's pick then Excape Goat with the double pick to take us into Round 2. I'll update the pick list when I get home.
No problem seeing him going that early, one of the best goalscorers I've ever seen - just make sure he's the alpha player and surround him with beta's and an assists-king.
