Re: Wizards Stadium Discussion (Video update) espn did not release the rendering that we had provided to them. i don't have a copy on my pc or i'd post it for you right now. it's not going to be much news to any of you, as it's the rendering from a couple months ago, but with the actual ascending roof design. we did; however, go over 8 new renderings this morning at our architecture meeting that will be completed by the 22nd (hopefully 1 or 2 in advance). the package includes exterior and interior renderings. also, we are producing a package of renderings from the CAD so show you some of the design. i'm with most of the comments though on construction means a lot more than pictures - trust me our thoughts are aligned on that topic.

Re: Wizards Stadium Discussion (Video update) It does make nice Wallpaper I'm really wonder what kind of design decisions are made that lead to all the asymmetrical roofing we see these days. What stops the roof just linking up with the roofing behind the goal at the bottom corner in the pic? Is that a big old entrance or something or was there something we are not seeing? Or is it just aesthetic?

It starts very low right over the Cauldron end and goes across and around and starts to rise so it can accommodate the video board and then the club level & press box on the north side. So it is quite literally, an ascending roof.
