    Murtosa -they played Vitória de Setúbal today and they won 3 - 0.
    We lost 2 - 0 to 1º Dezembro.
    Varzea won their game with Escola (2-1)
    I don´t know about Fonte Boa - Voinhós but i´m sure Fonte Boa must have defeated Vinhós.
    Semi-finals will be in three weeks...

    what makes Murtosa so good?
    if not mistaken the women program only starter in the last 10 years
    so you remember a player Maria Rosario a goalkeeper for Albergaria a velha?

    I believe Veiros, Beira-Mar and Estarreja they also getting involved on women soccer

    how many national titles did Boavista win?

    You can answer in Portuguese if you so desire, we just happy to have you around

    3º Fonte Boa ( a três pontos)
    Nas últimas jornadas temos um Boavista - Fonte Boa e um Várzea - Boavista!!!!
    Escaldante!!!!!!!!

    I started coaching Boavista ladies team this season (in September).
    This year was completly new for me. i didn´t know anything about the women competition. Thats why i worked with the ladies that already were in the club.
    I watched some games and i´m doing a "dossier" about possible new players. Also in Boavista we have a "school" for young ladies that hopefully will be in A team soon and i´m trying to take some girls from the school where i teach.

    my second cousin Maria do Rosario Laranjeira was one of the first young ladies coming out of Murtosa, she played goalkeeper for Albergaria for many years, at least over 10, two years ago she was still playing, I don't know if she does, she starting to take a lot of the young ladies from Murtosa to play in Albergaria

    here father was Zeferino, who was the starting goalkeeper in the 50's for Estarreja when they got promoted from the Distrial to III division

    Como o Frank já aqui disse há algum tempo atrás critiquei o seleccionador nacional de futebol feminino pelo facto de convocar jogadoras de outras modalidades e por não assistir aos jogos nem falar com os treinadores ou clubes.
    Algo mudou desde então (pelo menos um pouquinho!!):
    A prof. Mónica (adjunta do seleccionador) já assistiu a um jogo do Boavista e esteve longos minutos a conversar comigo, o próprio seleccionador assistiu ao jogo da taça com o 1º de dezembro e a última convocatória da selecção só tem jogadoras de futebol.
    Já agora não sei se repararam que tem jogadoras de clubes estrangeiros!??

    CFF Estudiantes: Edite Fernandes e Sílvia Brunheira;
    FC Etzella Ettelbruck: Carina Alves;
    Skovlunde IF: Sofia Grave;

    Não sei como é que o seleccionador terá observado essas jogadoras e porque não terá chamado jogadoras que actuem nos USA??
