The appeals court found the defendants, not guilty.
Thanks for the news. Of course, we all know this must've been fixed because Juventus even has influence over the Italian justice system.
The same justice system that decided to shift gears during the case and charge them with something else when it was clear that the initial indictment had no weight to it.
A very important result of this verdict is that the Appeal judge stated that the EPO charge was unfounded.
Who are these people? What is the case?
