    THE ENTIRE WORLD IS STILL REELING FROM THE SHOCKING END OF OUR LAST EPISODE! THE LEADER OF THE RESERVE FORCE, A RELATIVELY NEW FACE AMONGST OUR LOVABLE HEROES, AFTER SEEING ANOTHER DEFEAT, TOOK MATTERS INTO HIS OWN HANDS. WITH THE FANS TURNING ON OUR CREW, AND BELIEVING THAT HE COULD DO BETTER, HE STABBED OUR FORMER ROBOT LEADER IN THE BACK.

    A SHOCKWAVE WAS SENT THROUGH THE LAND. NOBODY, EVEN THE MOST FERVENT CRITICS OF COACHBOT WANTED TO SEE HIM BE KILLED. IT IS AFTER THIS CLIFFHANGER WE WILL REJOIN OUR HEROES NEXT EPISODE, AS OUR YELLOW CLAD GROUP MUST ONCE AGAIN MARCH SOUTH AND CLAIM GLORY LIKE THEIR FOREBEARS. CAN THIS NEW LEADER CHANGE THE FORTUNES OF OUR HEROES AROUND?!

    ps. it would be nice if the crew got a win as a belated birthday present for me.

    Atlanta undefeated at home, thought half of those are ties. Crew winless on the road, but have tied 4 of 6.

    Atlanta, overall is 4-4-4, basically averaging a 1-1 game. The Crew also basically averages a 1-1 tie

    All signs point to a tie.

    My head tells me we lose by 2

    Something else tells me Porter gets a win to prolong our suffering even further. Of course, a tie may do that as well. Tie it is then; 0-0. The suffering continues, both on the micro level of a horrible 0-0 game and on the macro level of never putting us our of our current misery.

    I think Atlanta will get a goal from somewhere. Not sure about the Crew scoring. Weak offense meets backup goalkeeper.

    Atlanta has a blue?!? I thought their “we’re-extra-special-‘cos-we-sell-a-lot-of-jerseys” third jersey was maroon.

    Edit: Are those this year’s Parley jerseys? If so, looks like the Crew one might be right up @LaMacchia’s alley.

    It's odd--I really disliked them in the pictures last year, but in person, the blue ones were pretty cool.

    I wonder if they will last more than 5 min in the shop this season.

    Or more than 5 min without hot chicken adding new accent patterns. I really think the white is sharp, but there is no way I could ever keep it clean.
