Advice to Referees on the LOTG file is corrupted?

    Never mind, opened with Adobe Reader (a pig of a program I don't use...) and it works.

    This is actually a good question and I'm assuming I had the same problem you did. The advice opens with adobe but not with other pdf programs such as nuance, which is what I use. I thought maybe it was just me.

    My version has page numbers and a real table of contents :p
