It seems that the only thing that is keeping Adriano from Porto is money issues. Porto are prepared to pay him 400,000 Euros per year, a price that is too low for Adriano being that Inter Milan and Roma are in the race to buy the striker also.

Talks tomorrow will finalize if he is to come to Porto, Inter Milan, Roma or remain at Nacional.

I read this also on FC Porto online but I haven't read any news sources that discuss this. This isn't going to happen.

This isn't the Adriano of Nacional, this is Adriano the left back of Curitiba, Brazilian capped in youth levels, one of the best left backs i ever seen, superb player, i was hopping that Benfica would buy him, but yeat again Porto will buy him  They have very good scouts in Brazil

I know Adriano [Nacional] cost 1 million euros, and Nacional got a tag of 3 million for his service

They're selling their best player. Good news to their biggest rival, Atlético Paranaense. :) Adriano is a very good player. Young, skilled, with some international experience playing with the youth Brazil, I think he will add to the team's success.

If the kid and his agent are smart and want him to join a winning club, he should join Porto! Where champions are made. :D

Fla x Flu is a great classic, but not a great rivalry. Flamengo and Vasco fans hate each other! So, if I understand it correctly, Benfica x Sporting is la crème de la crème, the great Portuguese classic, but not a bitter rivalry!?!

Do you like any team from Rio? I ask you because Vasco should be an obvious choice, while Palmeiras is surprising.

For crying out loud. How many strikers do they want. Does this make sense.

lol. I guess the Habs are Porto since the Leafs can't win a cup since '67. :D

As a Benfica fan, I am saddened to have to compare my team to the Leafs. :(
