I just listened to the 30 minute conversation that the two hosts of BigSoccer Wednesday had with Don Garber and the commish had something interesting to say regarding our stadium situation. He was talking generally about stadiums, and in that context mentioned that we have three markets in Chicago, NY, and Washington where there is actually bidding on building facilities for the teams. He said that there are strong discussions going on and that any new facility would be built and paid for by a partnership between the club and the locality [wherever that may be]. It was an interesting interview. They certainly didn't lob him any softballs, and he was getting a little frustrated by all the questions regarding the challenges facing the league.
