Olimpia is better off going after Augustin Azumendi 12 goal season and is still only in his mid twenties.

I wish that Motagua would do better to compete but idk, now there are also that both Olimpia and Motagua will potentially build a joint stadium and I would rather they don’t imo.

Rigoberto Rivas scores the lone game winning goal for Reggina in their victory over Ascoli 1-0 in the Serie B.

This is Rigos 3rd goal of the campaign.

Rivas is a Serie A level player. He's proving to be a great professional. Puts his head down and never complains. I think the best is still ahead of Rigo.

Yeah he was a great find, it seems like he came out of nowhere when he did. It would great to see him in Serie A!

Elis seems severely out of form at the moment but I feel confident about our wide attacking options next cycle.

Yustin Arboleda has signed with Olimpia till 2023, he has been playing in the country since 2017. Hypothetically, he could be in the region of gaining citizenship...

Yea nahhhhh on the Arboleda front. Iirc he's only notched three goals this season for Olimpia. We straight on that.

Arboleda isn’t that great and isn’t even the first option at Olimpia, they mostly keep him for depth.

There are reports from Honduran outlets that German Mejia will not stay with Olimpia and go abroad his 3 options are Greece, Cyprus and Kazakhstan.

If the offers are real and he chooses the other two and not Greece then would be making a big mistake.

I don’t rate him highly and it won’t affect the NT considering how many options we have at his position.

    He's a DM turned RB...

He's had weight and mental issues. I'm kinda shocked that he's even has offers from those leagues. He's a USL tier player.

Yeah I hear you on that. Is Bengston still the main man at Olimpia?

I just thought he is the right side of 30, and offers height and more of a number 9 presence than we have from our current crop.

Bengtson is still scoring for Olimpia but he is no longer fit to play international football the man is 35 years old, he flopped abroad outside of his stint in Iran.

Sucks that Benguche flopped as well and that Rochez is having a bad season.

... Lozano is nowhere near prolific enough. Rubilio Castillo basically inactive for the past 3/4 seasons. Did Douglas Martinez ever come good?

That Arboleda option is staring to look appealing! ha

Castillo was supposed to be the guy but his personal issues have caused problems for his career, yeah Lozano isn’t the guy and Douglas flopped in the MLS after tearing it up in the USL.

Douglas should just return back to Honduras imo but likely wont if he is making bank in the in the USL.

A loan to another Honduran team wouldn’t hurt him at this point, he went abroad and got exposed quick and he has never been the same since.

So looks like German Mejia is going to Greece then, Jose Pinto apparently spilled the beans in a farewell post to German.

Luis Palma got injured in Aris 1-0 victory over Deybi Flores team Panetolikos at min 87, he had to be carted off the field.

Hopefully it’s nothing serious but he seemed to be in great pain.

Angel Tejeda to leave Motagua and sign for Alajuelense.

Dude flopped in CR with a small team a few years back and now he gets a chance one of the biggest clubs in that country.

Very Good signing for Motagua, Also got Kevin Alvarez and are close to fixing Rubi Castillo's situation to sign him as well.

There are reports that Motagua are also signing Juan Carlos Obregon from the USL but i don't see him getting any minutes imo

Diez reporting that German Mejia’s deal with the Greek team has fallen through so it looks like he is staying in Honduras.

Yeison isn’t a striker/forward at this point we would be better off giving that position Elis and putting a good midfield behind him.
