I'm still trying to figure out why none of the FUCOF-FFS have figured out a way to utilize that great quote from the announcer in the first half regarding Fletcher's developing "man-strength". "FUCOF-FFS, Man Strong and Proud of It"
Re: A Memo From Your Friends At FUCOF-FFS Goddammit I just don't want to be brought over to any side that thinks Darren Fletcher is the answer to anything more than a Man Utd "Where are they now?" trivia question. I hate him. Hate him. Hate. . But ******** this sucks to say As someone (mm?) pointed out a while back, we just don't seem to lose when he's on the pitch. Yesterday he was brilliant in his defensive work - absolutely made O'Shea look non-miserable because he worked so hard. Screw the Alan Smith Project, let's try the Darren Fletcher project and go out and buy a strong attacking mid to replace Scholes next season.
Re: A Memo From Your Friends At FUCOF-FFS Still a few years away, I think... 2008 starting lineup could include Pique, Jones, Smith, Fletch, Bardsley, Rossi, Howard, Spector - exciting
Re: A Memo From Your Friends At FUCOF-FFS I doubt Spector, Pique or Bardsley will be strarting nearly every game for us by then tbh, since our backline has Rio (who would be 29/30 by then), as well as Heinze (30 in 2008) and Vidic (26 in 2008). Spector or Pique could have a shot at getting games in midfield as well (whereas Bardsley is more of a pure defender), but that would mean they would have to surpass the guy the brushed Chelsea aside effortlessly and held Arsenal at bay, single-handedly; El Fletch.
