http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A34604039 saw this link from a buddy, humorous, yet sadly true. thought i'd share.
Yes silly but not in the same league as the Robbo piece. A bit strange to see them driving an American jeep down what looks remarkably like NYC.
I liked: "Adebayor suggests we practise our free-kicks and corners – then every one falls about laughing! He is a funny guy."
I laughed my ass off at that piece. The unfortunate thing about parody is that there are always elements of truth in the linings. My favorite part:
Where's the element of truth there? Are guys like Ade and Kolo "goat-herders"? I don't find it funny or truthful.
C'mon, Anti...it's parody! As much love as we have for Le Boss, there is plenty of humor to find in his demeanor and approach to things. There are a lot of us who'd like to see him pony up cash for 1-2 top-tier reinforcements, or who'd like to see him publicly admit that Eboue is a serial diver. He's probably not going to do those things, because it's not his way. He runs the team his way and will continue to. He's a peerless manager, but I'm not above enjoying a laugh at him and my team.
