9/20 Reyna - ManCity @ Fulham [R]

I'm really curious to see how the Fulham fans react when Claudio has the ball or gets subbed in. It's been so soon since the transfer that I think the die-hard Fulham fans will give him a lot of stick.

 

Pardon my ignorance here, but as I signed up for the audio via that site last week, how do I get in again?

I'm not seeing any audio or multimedia links on the front page at mcfc.com...

Nope you can't get sleep...

You now have to come up with reasons why Claudio wasn't included in the lineup and why it's a good thing for him and the USA

 

Hopefully, he's just training his way into shape, so that he'll crack Keegan's first XI in about a month or so.

And then, everything will be all and well for the American captain in terms of leading the USA out for the World Cup qualifiers.

I did see that Robbie Fowler, who wasn't in the squad for City's thrashing of Aston Villa last week, was chosen over Claudio. Draw whatever conclusions from that as you wish.

But I do think that Reyna will get his share of playing time soon, perhaps in the next month or so.

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape over his non-selection today.

 

Part of a 0-3 loss in the reserves,and left out of the matchday squad on the Saturday.....

Can a loan to Carlisle be far behind?

After all the times he's scared the hell out of me when the US played Costa Rica, it is a strange sensation to be happy when Wanchope scores.

 

Reyna has to earn his way into the lineup. He hasn't done it yet, though I still have confidence in him.

 

Looking at the lineup, I don't see a single player more valuable than Claudio Reyna, including McManamanamanamanaman.

If Reyna is not playing first team football by December, then this is a bad move on his part. Should have signed with Fulham.
