Both games were televise on the Sport TV and I watch both games at the local cafe, because I don't have cable in Portugal. The first game everybody was pulling for Newcastle, in the second game after Hugo sat on the bench everybody was pulling for Schemichel ex Sporting goalkeeper, and Manchester goalkeeper. There is news that Sport TV his going international, first in Europe before the end of the year, also there is talks of a Sport Tv #2.
It sounded like a great goal by Hugo. Hopefully, there will be highlights tonight on RTPi. Frank, I have a feeling that Newcastle has thousands more Portuguese fans now than it did a year ago. Forca Hugo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like Dyer is having a big game with a goal and two assists. NUFC made its last substitution, so Hugo will play the full 90'. Maybe, Robson was conserving Hugo for today. If so, the move backfired since NUFC was upset by Manchester City.
This must be a huge game for Hugo Vianna, he wasnt happy about sitting out and now hes telling the coach why that was a mistake........... I have a feelin that were goin to see a different kind of Vianna then before!
Another player mention is Boa Morte is also having a good year according to the portuguese newspapers.
