I haven't been able to locate a video source yet, but Gerrard kicks the ball into the head of his opponent who is on the ground having just been fouled after the whistle. Happened near the end of the match...88' or so. Last year that would have been a send off. Is this just more special treatment for "names"? I wonder if the DisCo will do anything.
