There seems to be some difference of opinion on Sawa’s second goal:

It does not really matter much but, in the interest of wanting to know everything, since the game was not on TV, I would like to know how the Beat’s season MVP (At least in my opinion) got her second goal.

Was there a Sawa shot, rebound, another shot by Sawa and a goal or was the cross deflected high and Sawa hammered it directly in?

 

What happened was Julie beat Rhi on the left side and crossed it into the middle-left where it hit anna in the chest or she had a very bad trap, and sawa cracked it right before it hit the ground. THe shot was a skipping, low one to the right corner.

anything else you guys need clarification?

just for a note, fleeting was stealing balls from your defenders a lot... gave you guys fits. and we were kicking ass 1v1.. its just our defense wasnt as tight as it should have been.

and niki's blonde is FAKE dammit.

Yes but this is one game in which I will pull for the Spirit.
