Each replay makes that even more tough. It deflected off his chest and his arm was against the other player when it hit it.

its a penal but I’d prefer if moments like these didnt happen.. just to have a “clear” unquestioned result

 

It's raining hard now.

 

I actually think it hits the upper arm below the shoulder and not the chest. Hard to tell from those angles though.
