I think Monaco has a new world record or something. It feels like they get every game a red card.

By the way, the subbed Ben Yedder also out together with Minamino cause of the red card.

EDIT: in 11 Games they get 8 red/red yellow cards only in the Ligue 1. Totaly crazy, this team is a bunch of headless chickens.

And they are winning, even miss a pk (sorry it was the same action). This is even worse because Minamino could do something against a weak opponent as this. Instead, out at 17'.

Weird situation, looks like they don't give him a real chance from the start. Feels a little bit like Muto to Newcastle.

Minamino was not enough for Liverpool and it seems he's not enough for Monaco too. Sad but true story.

Thats not true. He was maybe not good enough for Liverpool but played a good solid part. You can see that Liverpool struggle cause of Minamonos absence and super sub goals this season. Klopp allready told that.

At Monaco he didnt get a fair Chance, 2 Starts for 60 Minutes at the beginning is all what he gets in a totaly chaotic team. Of course at the end of the day its all about yourself as a player but not simple as that.

Monaco destroy Minaminos rhythm and self confidence. Its normal when you fear to get subbed out after 45 minutes for safe that you cant play freely.

A fair Chance would be 5-10 games in a row over 70-90 Minutes to See what you can got.

And to be honest, a good team and a good Manager would find a solution for Taki like Klopp. Monaco is a bunch of headless chickens with no clue. One of the worst defences of the league.

The Problem is that Monaco thought Minamino is a Neymar, with skills and so on. But he isnt a big creator, thats a thing Moriyasu also not understood.

Minamino is a striker which can finish good and has a solid passing play, also use Minamino as a attacker and not as a OM or LM where he needs to produce assists and chances.

A Lukaku what as total Flop for Chelsea again, but he is one of the best striker in the World. Normaly to not succeed at a club doesnt have to do something if you are good enough or not.

credited with an assist though. He isn't expected to score every time he plays.

4 Scorer Points in 9 league games for him, and played 77 minutes. Its getting better.

For a totaly desastreous season 4 scorer are not the worst. He is not totaly done there. Imagine how much he has when he would be a sure starter.

I think his time at Monaco is over. After the disastrous start where Monaco was losing every second game, red cards on mass and conceded more goals then the last team of the league. He was one of the victims there and now it seems like nobody has faith in him. Maybe not Minamino himself. He cant use his chances.
Its very unlucky things are going for him. Very hard to get in form under these circumstages. After some point of "falling" its more or less impossible to get back into track I think cause the negative pressure is to big and I think Minamino cant handle it like in Liverpool were he was able to use the time he gets.

He should move to a Bundesliga Club after the season where he gets some love to refresh his career.

I wouldn’t say it’s bad luck. He (and his agent) picked the wrong club. Same deal as the Liverpool transfer. It was a bad idea to go to a club that had no idea where they would play him (out wide? In midfield?) and that never demonstrated that they really wanted him. Because Liverpool got him for cheap, if he didn’t work out, they didn’t lose a lot of money, so it was a low risk investment for them. He probably went to Liverpool because of the name recognition of the club and Klopp, but those considerations ought to be less important than sporting ones. His career path right now is remarkably similar to Kagawa’s. He needs to make a good decision in picking his next club or he will end up like Shinji.

Terrible move. He'd still be getting time with Liverpool considering how crappy they've been.
