Yeah whoever made it prob did drugs i didn’t look at playoff games close.

we actually play less regular season games then others but we are the only one with playoffs right ?

Look at the number of teams too. (For both MLS and La Liga.)

Anyway, I was always on the “tweak the schedule so that northern teams play fewer home games early in the season, and southern teams play fewer during the hottest months,” but MLS hasn’t shown much interest in that approach. Now that we have a roof and a top shelf system for heating and draining the pitch, it’s a bit less of an issue for us than used to be the case.
