Looks like Dick’s may have released Charlotte’s jersey a little early. Seen at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Charlotte. Made to look like @CharlotteFC kits but…can’t be, right? pic.twitter.com/XD9MboahKn— crowns (@theduohq) November 6, 2021
Not bad- would look good with white shorts- interested to see what they’re pair them with if that’s their jersey.
I'm always a sucker for shirts that have sleeves with a different color than the body of the shirt. I also like that shade of blue. If that does end up as Charlotte's jersey, I like it. And yes, please go with white shorts. I also would like to see black socks to really lean into the non-monochrome. Any word on the secondary? Based on this kit, I would guess all black or black with blue shorts. In any case, go with blue socks.
I would think that there would be a halfway decent chance at the secondary uniform being all white. Cause clean and classy. Or whatever buzz words that are out there that equal no creativity or boring.

It's a solid B Positive: not monochromatic. Particularly like the white shorts between the blue shirt and socks Negative: There are a bunch of blue teams in the league. A more daring design would set them apart, say a diagonally halved shirt ala Monaco. Btw. The For the Crown slogan is just stupid
it does look like the blue is different enough of a shade that it'll be unique from NYC and KC, though I'll have to see it in person.

Let’s hope they keep it that way for good now. They can alternate between black/white/gray/whatever for the secondary depending on what shade of pink they use in a given season, but it would be great if they owned this color for a primary shirt in MLS and came out with some good designs around it to keep fans buying them. signed - a Palermo fan
There’s just no reason to use white for Miami. The only three possible colors that could have some sort of clash with pink are red, maybe orange (but Houston’s orange is plenty dark), and white (if the pink is light enough). All of those contrast well with black. Sometimes, the simple solutions are the best solutions. Pink and black. Mix shirts, shorts, and socks to avoid color clashes when on the road. Problem solved.
Someone on a TV thread mentioned that the jerseys need to sufficiently contrast dark/light because too many stupid TV production monitors are still black and white. So the pink can't be too dark, or at least allow enough of a contrast choice for the team they're playing against. (This, of course, does not explain how somehow the rest of the world has had the jerseys they've had since the beginning of broadcast games.) Otherwise, yeah, absolutely!
They don't have to be a dark pink, just not so light that it looks like someone accidentally left a pink shirt in the wash with them.
With the season starting so early this year I would think we should be seeing unveiling announcements starting any day now
Until there are official leaks, can we post fake mock ups? Here is a fan effort I would pony cash up for.
There's a certain irony in using the retro adidas logo considering this will be the last set of jerseys before adidas switches to the new logo this summer.
I'd buy that in a second, and I'm not even close to a Galaxy fan. I do wonder why Adidas hasn't had more soccer kits worldwide (we know they wouldn't do this in MLS, as Adidas treats MLS as "how can we make the most money with the least amount of effort") with this retro logo like what Nike has done. Imagine a third Man United, Real Madrid, or Bayern Munich kit with the retro trefoil logo. It would be a really interesting idea. Honestly, Adidas can just forget the current logo ever existed. They tried to mess with perfection and it didn't work.
