Any one made the trip to the game ? I flew from SF just landed this morning . Guessing it will be 80/20 with us Mexicans as the minority

 

It would be nice to see Romo play in the back with Johan by his side. He has experience as a defender. Jorge Sánchez and Gallardo on the laterales. Edson as a contención with Herrera and Cordova in the middle. Up top Jimenez with Chucky and Orbelin. Tecatito has been garbage these last few games with Mexico, maybe as a super sub?

 

I mean tecatito didn’t play bad last game against the US. I would leave him to start.

How does US Soccer limit ticket selling to primarily or only to US fans? I do not live in the USA so not familiar.

 

The defense is going to be rough. If there was ever a game for Johan to win his spot, it’d be now.

 

6’1” (1.85) is decent for Johan and 5’9” (1.75) for Cata and Tiba is 6’0” (1.82) and Ángulo is 5’10”(1.78). Putting that out there since el juego aéreo es donde padece la selección mexicana.

 

I’m guessing that’s another reason why Romo might start.
We’re just gonna rely on Vasquez, Romo and Raul to defend a balón parado

 

Edson and HH are also decent.

 

The Morenos are starting to take over their team. Guess in the future it's going to be who can train the Moreno's better.

Si no llega el gol en los primeros minutos, it is going to be tough porqué entra lo anímico. I do believe Mexico is a better team and should win pero there is psych element to these matches

 

Mexico held it together and were able a win after being down against Jamaica and getting a draw against Panama.

I think this team knows that even though they lost twice against the Yanks they weren't exactly outplayed.


I just realized Edson has yet to score a goal for Mexico. I get the feeling he will this game.
