Two team in VSR following and two teams from Small at the bottom of the table. Our first match up has VSR up against Small. Lokomotiv Lewisham from VSR were up against last years winners, blechs dawgs, from Small. Lokomotiv Lewisham had TAA as captain. A goal, an assist, a clean sheet and two bonus points. That is worth a first round draft pick. Blech got the ManU pairing of De Gea and Dalot to perform but not Captain Son. Saka and Gündoğan come through for three assist. Good for differential but not for any points. Sand looking to keep their lead are in trouble. The Javelinas were up against Real Newark and another Captain Kane. Well maybe not. Round of 24 - Group D GW 4 Our final group looks to get things mixed up a bit in their table. Bigger Boat with just one win edge past Tangers FC to match them with two wins and six points in the table. Morning Glory, yet to be defeated, is leading the group. They get a goal from Fernandes and assists from Coady and Gündoğan. Morning Glory get the Diaz brace and assists from Eze and Dalot to win this one and tie the lead. Stormin Gunners are looking to move up the table. To do that, they have to beat Keysersoze Wanderers who are without a win or a draw. Storm hits out with assists from Vardy, Saka and Rodri. A goal from Gabriel and that sets up the wall. Keysersoze has our favor pole vaulter, Roberto Firmino, to get over the wall with a singular performance. Round of 24 - Group A GW 5 Yesterday's matches marked the end of the first half of the Round of 24. Pararaiders had the unfortunate match up against Hat Trick Haaland of Borussia DaMarcus. Pararaiders do have Salah with a double assist and a goal from Jordan Sancho but that is it. BoRussia just needs a goal from Firmino to win this. The Stones assist just piles it on. Next match up was Kopite Juniors versus ColdDogSoup FC. This was a match up with both teams with Salah and Mitrović. ColdDogSoup had Stones and that one assist to make it the win. Glorydaze had to suffer watching his captain only given 22 minutes. Martinelli and Cancelo both bag goals which might be enough to get past Soccer Steve who is suffering the worst start of the season for Captain Son. Just a Foden assist on the boards. The table is still tight in Group A with the bottom two teams still with a win and a draw for four points. Round of 24 - Group B GW 5 Group B has the other two Hat Trick Haalands of All Rocks. FC St. Pauli took on one. They had Sterling for a goal and three assists by way of Kane, Foden and Aaranson for four. Sasha is able to just get past this thanks to goals from Firmino and Martinelli. Next up is Aviators against Top Shelf and his Haaland. Aviators is another one to suffer 22 minutes of DeBruyne. It is enough to have you turn the TV off (or streaming device). Saka does get the assist. Top Shelf has goals from Mac Allister and Zaha and assists from Mount and Rashford for an awesome gold medal outing. Our final Group B match sans Haaland has Living in Dreamland with Kane continuing his offensive production with an assist. Foden matches that and it is just two assists presented to FC Epikoinis. Let's see if the Gunners Expansion Club can win this. Captain Jesus gets a goal but Álvarez from River Plate gets the full 90 minutes and a brace. Nice transfer Pep! Round of 24 - Group C GW 5 Into the final gameweek of the first half of the Round of 24, Group C had only four points separating the top and bottom of the table. Real Newark, The Javelinas and Lokomotiv Lewisham all have 7 points and top the table. Each has their own match up to see who stays on top. Real Newark was up against blechs dawgs. Blech is another one with misfiring Son. Isak gets a goal and Saka an assist for two. Real Newark matched that with one Julián Álvarez with a brace. Sterling, Kane and Zaha add their own for a resounding win! Real Newark gets to stay in the lead. Next up, The Javelinas took on Starboy XI. Mitrović and Sterling combine for Starboy XI. Two goals is good enough as the Javelinas have just a lone goal from their new signing, Isak. That puts Starboy XI ahead of the Javelinas in the standings. Lokomotiv Lewisham to keep their place on the top of the table had to win against Journeymen. Journeymen were hit by injuries and barely managed getting 10 players on the pitch. Sancho does hit for a goal but that does not look like it will be good enough to go into the win column. It was very close though. Lokomotiv Lewisham just have Mount and Bernardo with assists for the narrow win. That is it for the first half of the Round of 24. Morning Glory were the other team with three wins, 9 points, going into the gameweek. They took on Stormin Gunners who had just one win so far. The Gunners struck for three with Martinelli, Saka and Aaronson. Morning Glory only had a Cancelo goal so another top of the table team suffers the loss. BiggerBoat with two wins, 6 points, look to tie the leader board. They took on Keysersoze Wanderers who has just one win. Keysersoze has Firmino and Bernardo to hit for two. Round of 24 - Group A GW 6 Group A suffers another miserable Salah outing. It is going to take the rest of the squad to get things done. Pararaiders had a lone Welbeck assist to company Captain Salah's blank. Soccer Steve suffered Son's blank but had a Toney hat trick and Richarlson assist to get the win. Kopite Juniors were up against Borussia DaMarcus on a one goal outing for Haaland. Kopite get a goal and assist out of Trossard and a Mitrović goal while Salah blanks. Borussia gets a goal from new signing Antony along with assists from Thiago Silva and Pascal Groß to win their fifth match out of six. Glorydaze were another one with the Toney hat trick. Assists from Welbeck and De Bruyne put five up against ColdDogSoupFC in our Small Rocks match up. That is the highest score so far for Group A. Round of 24 - Group C GW 6 Our first match to start off the second half of the round of 24 is Small versus Small which happens to be the bottom of the Group C table. Journeymen versus blechs_dawgs. One has a sputtering Son and the other an early substitution Trent Alexander-Arnold. That was their captains. Making p the difference for blech was Saka with a goal. For Journeymen it was both Groß and Richarlson with an assist and that gets them the all important win. Next up one of our joint leaders, Real Newark, took on new manager REVEALED:Starboy XI. Starboy XI ran with five in the back. Cucurella, Roberston, Fofana, Jonny and Gomez all with nothing for the Golden Boot. Up front Mitrović and Captain De Bruyne get in a goal and an assist. Unfortunately, Eriksen was on the middle of the bench with his sublime assist. Real Newark also ran with five in the back. The get a Captain Kane goal and a Groß assist. Round of 24 - Group D GW 6 Going into the second half of the Round of 24, Group D had four teams each with three wins lining the top of the table. The Silver Medal winner of GW 6 is the team with just one win after the first five matches of the Round of 24. One Keysersoze Wanderers surely will get the win. They have Trossard with a goal and an assist, Fernandes and Thiago Silva each with an assist, and Mbuemo and Antonio each with a goal. They took on the team with three wins, Tangers FC. Tangers FC gets three goals into the back of the net but that is all. Next up was GameofOhhs with three wins so far versus Real Newark with two. GameofOhhs was another medal winner for the Gameweek winning Bronze. A Mac Allister brace and Solanke goal and assist got on the board. Round of 24 - Group A GW 8 A few matches postponed and a bit of nervous pacing in the club owner's board meeting. No Salah for this group is going to leave at least three managers exposed. First to suffer is Kopite Juniors. Somehow gets an assist out of Højbjerg and goals from Isak an Maddison as Salah warms the bench. Soccer Steve with one Captain Son with Foden get the win with a hat trick and a goal. Borussia DaMarcus was with Haaland and his lone goal with a 6 on 8 against ColdDogSoupFC. Round of 24 - Group B GW 8 Having only seven matches did not put a damper on Aviators performance. A pair of assists come from both Saka and De Bruyne which is too much Sasha Juniors. Only a goal from Haaland and an assist from Kulusevksi and an unlucky match up for the gameweek. Haaland was also the only contributor Top Shelf's squad. Living in Dreamland had a command performance from Kane with a goal and assist and the other two goals from Man City with Grealish and Foden. Four total goals and assists and three points in the standings. Kane is back for FC St. Pauli and so is Foden. Gameweek standout, Saliba, puts a bow on it. It is another four total goals and assists. That is a win against Lokomotiv Lewisham who only matches Harry's output with both Bernardo and Tielemans. This was a battle of the top two teams in Group C and Real Newark is now officially in the lead, ahead by a point. Blech is a Son owner with a hat trick. Looking at his opponent, REVEALED: Starboy XI, we see the hat trick matched and beat with De Bruyne's pair of assists and goals from Maupay and Maddison. Let's see what else blech has in the bag. Round of 24 - Group D GW 6 In Group D, GameofOhhs is closest to qualifying for the Round of 20. In their match up Dier and Jesus goals with a Trippier assist look pretty good in a week with 7 matches for the win. It is just that. Their opponent, BiggerBoat, was strong in the back with Cancelo captained and Akanji registering clean sheets. For offense nada. Stormin Gunners had the which Arsenal player to captain roulette. Went with Martinelli but is was VC Saka with the goods; two assists. Tangers FC gets the win with their own Gunner as captain, Gabriel Jesus. Round of 24 - Group A GW 9 Getting to the final few gameweeks and teams are trying to get over the line. This group had this weeks Gold and Honorable Mention to wreck havoc on hopes and dreams. If Soccer Steve thought this was the week to get into the Round of 20 then some more thought will have to be applied to the task. Up against Borrussia DaMarcus who had a massive gameweek with a one man wrecking crew of Haaland. Haaland's five and a five from the rest of the crew put up 6 goals and 4 assists in aggregate. Soccer Steve gets the Foden hat trick but just a goal from Barnes and an assist from Richarlson. Nice outing but quiet by comparison to DaMarcus. Kopite Juniors looking to get their spot had the massive outings of Trossard and Maddison. With Salah and Adams with assists makes it five goals and three assists. Round of 24 - Group B GW9 Group B with their two Haalands of Sasha Juniors and Top Shelf will have two teams deep in their bunkers. One match up was spared the Norwegian. That was FC St. Pauli and Aviators. Aviators who has been strengthening the team since a GW6 wild card, finally got the results from Jarrod Bowen after 15 points in seven gameweeks. That goal and assist, combined with two assists from De Bruyne and another from Eriksen is looking pretty good for the three points. FC St. Pauli was there with Foden on a hat trick and goals form Kane and Daka. That five goals and a draw. Good news for the two teams against the Haalands. A Foden hat trick, Kane goal and a Barnes goal. That follows the FC St. Pauli blueprint. It also just equals Haaland's output. Two goals and two assists more and it is over. Round of 24 - Group C GW 9 Group C is on the verge of getting some teams into the Round of 20. Blechs_dawgs has become the gate keeper. They are up against The Javelinas. The Javelinas get Jarod Bowen back into the goal and assist department along with a goal from Richarlson. A 6 minute cameo from Pulisic brings in the assist. The Dawgs get the captain pick right with Maddison over Son but that was his lone supplier with 2 goals and an assist. With the best possible score of 12 points for blechs_dawgs is putting teams over the line. Looking to get to the magic number 13, Starboy XI took on Lokomotiv Lewisham. Starboy XI not only had the hot commodity Maddison but had De Bruyne as captain for two assists. One more assist from Eriksen and it is two goals and four assists for Lokomotiv Lewisham to beat. Close but no cigar as Firmino, Wilson, Bernardo and Botman combine for three goals and two assists. Journeymen is just one point ahead of blechs_dawgs going into the gameweek. Round of 24 - Group D GW 9 Group D is another group that is looking to be a battle for the final spot. Keysersoze and Stormin Gunners each with 6 points are 4 and 6 points away from the next closest clubs. Stormin Gunners in their fight for survival hit for two assists by way of Martinelli and Vardy. They get a luck break as they were up against BiggerBoat who had only a Vardy assist. Keysersoze had a stronger week with three defenders all striking gold. Coady with the goal and Silva and White with the assists. Bowen was back with a goal and an assist. In the middle was Bernardo Silva too with another assist. That was more than enough for beat GameofOhhs who had just a goal from Jesus and an assist from Díaz. That keeps Stormin Gunners and Keysersoze into the pack with BiggerBoat now just a point ahead. Round of 24 - Group D GW 10 Starting with Group D for a change, I know that we have this week's Gold Medal winner lurking around the medal stands. That squad, Stormin Gunners, were in a battle against Keyser Soze Wanderers. Keysersoze had goals from Bowen and Firmino but Stormin Gunners had all five midfielders get on the board for an all out blow out to be reported on in the Fantasy Olympics section. Already with spots secured for the Round of 20, Morning Glory and GameofOhhs battled it out for bragging rights. GameofOhhs racked up five assists but saw Captain Díaz go off injured. If you thought that was something, Morning Glory got two goals and six assists. This also looks medal worthy. Back in the battle to continue in The Boot, our middle table teams, BiggerBoat and Tangers FC, were matched up. BiggerBoat got what looks like Silver for the week, captained Cancelo who had a goal and an assist hit with four others for a combined two goals and four assists. Tough group. Tangers FC only mustered two goals and two assists and suffers the loss. With one gameweek left, Kesyersoze is not out of the competion yet but they need a win and a loss from Tangers FC or Stormin Gunners to get through to the Round of 20. Round of 24 - Group C GW 10 In Group C, all eyes are on blech and if he can work out an escape route to the Round of 20. Up against Locomotiv Lewisham blech gets the Saka brace and assists from Son and Jota. Just not enough as Lokomotiv gets a Mount double assist and the front three of Firmino, Wilson and Daka all producing to give the Boot to blech. Round of 24 - Group B GW10 Group B has four teams fighting for the final three spots. Those four were matched up as the two Haalands of Sasha Juniors and Top Shelf had to face off on their own. Living in Dreamland were matched up against FC St. Pauli. Not a lucky draw to be up against this week's Silver medalist. FC St. Pauli had four goals and two assists. Red Hot Foden was captain with the goal and assist and along came Daka, Kane, Aaronson and Antony. Living in Dreamland had Foden and Kane but two assists from Solanke was just a goal or assist away from a draw. That means the Boot for Living in Dreamland, as the rest of the teams are all out of reach. It could have been a win if matched up with either Aviators or FC Epikoinis. Round of 24 - Group A GW 10 Group A is now down to seeing if Pararaiders can survive during a woeful Salah outing prior to a hat trick in a manner of minutes. It was Salah versus Salah as Pararaiders took on Kopite Juniors. Pararaiders had a dumpster fire of a gameweek earning the Wooden Spoon with 22 points. Somehow within the ashes was found a Darwin lone goal. Kopite Juniors outscored Pararaiders by six points but there was just two clean sheets in those 28 points and not a single goal or assist. Pararaiders survives and is now just a point behind Kopite Juniors! Just ahead in the standings was the next match up, Soccer Steve and ColdDogSoup FC. ColdDogSoup FC were the last Salah'ed team. They get clean sheets from three out of four defenders and their keeper but it i another lone Darwin goal in what counts for the Boot. Soccer Steve had Red Hot Foden as Captain to win the game single handedly with the other goals and assists as icing on the cake, or other such metaphor. Soccer Steve is into the next round while ColdDogSoup FC, Kopite Juniors and Pararaiders look to make the final spot. ColdDogSoup FC and Kopitie Juniors are matched up this week while Pararaiders take on BoRussia DaMarcus, just the best team in all of All Rocks. Pararaiders are going to hope for Haaland to get more rest!
