The Whitecaps are in negotiations with Sporting CP to acquire RB Bruno Gaspar. He’d come on loan with up to a $1.75m purchase option, which can vary depending on certain performance objectives. [

To summarize, D.C. United trading German-based, former academy player (Michael Edwards) to Colorado and has tentative deal in place to trade ex-playmaker's MLS rights (Luciano Acosta) to Cincy. Also, DCU finalizing deal for Brendan Hines-Ike on loan (not transfer) from Kortrijk.

Neville coached the England Women's National Team. That's a bit higher than Heaps' experience when he got the Revs job.

Well, it is some coaching experience, but the women's game is so much different than men's - especially at the pro level.

Of course. But saying it was the same was the only reason I responded. Heaps' coaching experience was ... non-existent.
