900 posts in a row in my twitter timeline point him going to LAG.

Looking forward to another decade of TFC coaching carousel. They've now lost Bez and Vanney, the source of most of their success over the past 5 seasons or so. Thoughts and prayers to Caillou et al...

Probably because he asked to release Caillou and Jozy and was told no. Their salaries are handcuffs to winning a championship.

Don't forget Bez lured his lieutenant away from them along with his wife.

I read a piece the other day that rated Ali Curtis as a genius for his building of TFC.

    I almost laughed out loud.

where did Caillou come from? I assume that's Bradley?

Edit... i know the annoying cartoon Caillou, just wondering how it got associated with Bradley, or whoever else it may be

    https://www.sportekz.com/football/toronto-players-salaries/

JFC- Caillou is making $6.5M and Jozy $6.3M guaranteed. I believe only Chicharito makes more then them. It says DPs are Jozy Altidore, Alejandro Pozuelo, Pablo Piatti. Must somehow buy down Caillou. Oh and they are paying Mullens $260k! At $24.5M payroll they darn well should be winning the league. Only Galaxy & Fire come close to spending that much. Yes that's right the people who spent money designing the worst logo ever also spent $19M on player salaries in 2020 (Galaxy spent $20.5M).

Bingo! I mean he resembles Caillou, Amirite? It has become the go to GIF on Twitter of Caillou throwing a tantrum on the floor whenever Bradley acts like a petulant child...or just loses.

Bradley isnt on 6.5 mil anymore. His DP contract was supposed to automatically renew contingent on Toronto winning MLS Cup last year which they failed to do. Instead, he was re-signed to a max-TAM deal of about 1.5 mil.

That's how he still fits in the roster.

So reportedly L'Impact Montreal is going to do a rebrand, naming themselves....

    ....wait for it.....

    ...wait for it....

I was expecting Olympique Montreal, with a light blue shirt.... But that's failed before...

    Seattle 1: FCD 0.

FCD had a sequence where they hit the post and then had the rebound blocked off the line. Got a feeling we are going to have to beat Seattle to win it.

That would mean SKC lost and we have MLS Cup at home again.

I like the thought of that.

Yeah, I'd rather play at home, but I'd also rather play KC. Then again, NE may be the biggest challenge of them all based on the form they're on. So first things first.

Yeah, if SKC win tomorrow (rooting for Minny), a SKC v Sea final is a tough call. Sea win would mean we host. But I fear them more for some reason. An SKC win would mean we travel, but I fear them less. And it would seem to lock up an CCL berth for us, win ir lose.

    First things first, go Loons!

I think the $6.5 includes prorated portion of transfer fees or signing bonuses. I found that # on 3 different sites. Albeit I have no clue if they are credible or accurate.

Really, Montreal? Throw aside your history for just another generic name? Really?
    Lame.
I hope they at least keep their unique Inter-like blue and black stripes. But alas, they probably won’t.
Funny and well-deserved mockery by the Nutmeg News, btw.
See, THAT would be a good, unique, fitting name that checks the box of Euro-wannabeism. Even if a previous iteration failed.

I agree. Other than Curt Onalfo, who only lasted 22 matches, Ben Olsen has the worst record/winning percentage of any DC United coach. How he lasted 10 years in DC is beyond me. Would love to see that mess in Toronto for the next few years.

1-0 Minnesota in the 28th... that's good for our MLS Cup home game quest.
