    A few updates

    Cavalry
    A few departures

    Pacific

Former York 9 captain Manny Aparicio signs with Pacific

    Valour

The Panama international Amir Soto has signed with Valour for the 2021 season

    York 9

York 9 signs the other N'Sa brother, Chris who's arguably the best right back in the league. With Doner already in the squad, York 9 has depth at the fullback positions.

Cavalry resigns their youth players. If Mo Farsi repeats his performance from the Island Games, Cavalry will easily be able to sell him

Pacific resigns Alejandro Díaz, Kadin Chung, Lukas MacNaughton and Thomas Meilleur-Giguère

Joe Di Chiara moves to Calgary. This is a huge plus for Cavalry who already had a very deep midfield. He was York best player during the Island games

Centre back Roger Thompson stays at York 9

    Valour re-sign international Moses Dyer

Halifax re-sign Peter Schaale and Alex de Carolis left the club
