Williams is a notoriously slow starter. Most of her goals over the last few years have come in the second half of each season. Just look at last year. She had 3 goals through the first 12 games and finished the season with 14 goals.
Some good comparisons but shots on goal percentage isn't everything. It's important and 50% is good - at least decent. The other thing is, can you get a shot? Can you either create a decent shot or get in the positions to get a good shot. I'm not saying Lynn Williams is a superb forward, but she's a good one and she's doing alright so far this season, with some room for improvement of course
