    Scored today from a PK.

    3rd league goal for him.

He is set to sign for his hometown club Cerezo Osaka.

His loan from Matsumoto Yamaga to Maritimo ended in 30/June, and he refused to extend his loan at the Portuguese club for a further month until the end of the season. He is already returned to Japan, stating his discontent with his experience at Maritiomo.

I don't know what happened but it was previously reported that Maritimo wasn't going to buy him, so I guess he made the right call in not wasting time.

Okey. Well I am not that surprised they did not buy him. He has been ok. If he continue to develop and play good in J1 the chance will come again.

Marinos and Portimonense are reportedly interested as well.

Meh. Of course, for Cerezo it'd be another asset and they could be on the title run for the next years. Their depth in terms of talent seems good. On the other side, Portugal seems a good place for Maeda to flourish.

Portimonese is worth a try imo plus there are Japanese players there. He might be able to adapt well there.

Will probably sign for Marinos and not Cerezo.
