Hope we don't take another beating. I'm prepared if it does happen though.

Finally we scored, and with the new transfer.

Finlay and Molino in the midfield is really going to help when we get Ramirez back. The back line with boxall is still a weak spot.

Egad, what a sucker punch. Just depressing.

Weird as well, as several players had completely horrible games, such as Danladi, Molino, etc...and there we were tied with Seattle...in their home.

I like Adrian, but man, his selection, and in game subbing is beyond dreadful.

I can't really defend Heath at all anymore. Danladi does not work as a sole striker. How many times do we have to watch him fail to play that role? Yet, Allen sits on our bench unused. I hated watching us try to play for a draw at the end. We are in last place and getting one point does nothing for us. Our season is essentially over. Show some guts and go for the win.

Lovely night. Went with my daughter, via the free metro passes the team was doing. Let's see, over 22,000 in attendance and the crowd was pretty loud.

(Game) Adrian still does not know how to have his team running from the get go. Also, he is predictable with his lineups, thus making it much easier for teams to prep and go for the weak points. Kudos to Philadelphia for exploiting this. Minnesota's passing for the first what, 20+ minutes was atrocious. Even short passes were awful. They need someone who can calm them down quickly.

    (Other thoughts)
    -Perhaps Nicholson't best game.
-Molino still does not impress me as a 10.....J. Vengas even less so.
-Finley definitely adds to this team. Bit surprised things didn't move more down the right with him and Jerry.
-Though his offsides and shooting was off, thumbs up to Abu doing pretty well by himself up top. Would like to see us play with a second forward at times.
-J. Venegas is awful.... slow, falling down, can't connect with team mates. I think he is the first person to be traded in the off season. sadly, Heath rates him over Ibarra.

Was only able to stay up for the first half. That was pretty awful. Not really impressed by any Loon on the pitch.

Without a true 0, and AH's adherence to a 4-2-3-1, our attack will always look pretty weak. Also pretty disgusted by AH's decision to not play certain players and then play the one player (JV) who has not shown anything for the team in eons.

Hell of a fight back last night! Down early 1-0 (of course always giving up the early goal), Shuttleworth saved a PK that would have made it 2-0. Molino scored on a PK to make it 1-1 at the half. In the second, gave up another goal 2-1, but scored the final two to take all three points, 2-3.

The difference this second half of the season has been Ethan Finlay. He has brought the A game to the right wing and links well with Theissen. I have been down on Danladi lately (he is offside or selfish too often) but that game winner was a cracker! Ramirez got the second goal before subbing off for Danladi.

Wife acquired a couple extra tickets in the supporter's section, so we split up at first. I was with child one, but child two wanted to be with us......so we ALL ended up in there. What a wonderful ruckus!

Does this make Atlanta our biggest rival? I can throw in some leftover 98 Vikings feelings too.

    Ha..
I still get angry over that game.

After being sucker punched in a few games this year, it feels good to have a little luck on our side.

We still are rough around the edges but last night from Heath on down it really felt like everyone dug and were out to get that win. Hot Dang!

What a weird night. Thought Molino was having an off night, right up until he had an assist and the game winning goal. There were several sequences he killed by atrocious passing. But., hey...."The ball is round and the game lasts 90 minutes."

And having all those wingers on at once.

    -----

Anyone else unhappy with how we don't counter well? Couple times we just sat on the ball...get the ball to Ibson, and he is looking for a side pass.

    ----

And obviously, upset at the goals Atlanta scored. That was the type of defending we had at the beginning of the season. Atrocious.

    Yes and yes.

However...my oh my, that one, out of all the 10, may have been the sweetest. Tired of the hype (they're good, but they're not THAT good), tired of the smugness from a vocal portion of their fan base, and REALLY tired of hearing about the Snow Bowl and 6-1.

Tired today about hearing how "We were missing five starters" and "you guys cheated the system because Calvo and Molino ignored their callups" and "the ref was horrible"...

    Blah Blah Blah

    Cry me a river, baby.

We beat the 11 you put out there. Next time, put out a better 11.
