If Tuchel doesn't know him it's best for him to stay out of PSG (like Kim Minjae avoiding Watford offer), Obviously, i'd rather his transfer to Al Duhail went dust, to Benfica or Porto maybe...
There's nothing to learn from Qatar. Yes they've improved massively with their aspire academy, but if you want to learn, Europe that is. They improved massively because they invite correct man from europe.

What a idiot. Sorry maybe abit harsh but I mean what a idiotic decision. I understand a football career is short but surely at the tender age of 24 and having so much interest from top clubs have a crack in the big league. Way to ruin your football career. I wish him the best but seriously the wrong decision.
Disappointing but I doubt he had a choice. More than likely forced to accept by his shady agent. Same agent as Hulk who never got to play at the highest level. Might be the end of his European career.
Yes an idiotic move on first look but loool . No way his European carrer is over. He is only 24 and maybe there's something on with PSG and when not who cares. 1-2 years in Qatar might be stupid but to ripp a lower league appart will not destroy his carrer. But agree dont get the move. Especially 2 weeks ago he was saying that he doesn't want to move to a league like Qatar
All we can hope is the thing with PSG is real. Does anyone know what the contract is? Absolute nightmare, we might not get to see him play for a while, to think he could have been with wolves lighting up the premier league. Not good at all.
Guys you will see him playing in the next Asian Champions League against JLeague top clubs and there are some example of pretty good players who moved to CSL/Qatar turning back in Europe (the last example Jackson Martinez?). Give him some trust, I don't think he's an idiot as Benatia (from Juventus to Qatar exactly when both the starting CBs get injured) and maybe ACL + Club WC + PSG rumor will give him some chance to come back in a top club. Anyway the same Shiotani play in UAE so he will play Copa America and WC2022 (in his second home lol) as our #10 for sure.
The most ridiculous f**king move I've seen. Hopefully for his purpose he's making a hell of a lot of money cause may have f**ked his future footballing wise.
Thanks guy, are there any details about the contract? How long would he play in Qatar? If he has a tournament of his life next Copa America, is there a chance other clubs will notice and break a bank for him?
Controversy or not, for him to official "apologize" to the fans like that about this transferring is a little bit sad. It's his decision after all. Oh well, let's cheer for him in this March and this summer then.
