Apparently it flicked off one of your players who was offside which is why it beat our GK. Well done lino.
wait a minute... neil warnock is manager at rotherham? now this result is even shittier. looks like we're doing our best to try to throw away our chance at a playoff spot. you can't lose at home. terrible performance.
3 nil final !! WEDNESDAY WIN!!! bullshit red card for bannan i hear. 3 game ban that we can, supposedly, appeal.
fuck's sake, kcsupporter. what'd you go and rep that for? you'll only encourage him. we'll see it a half-dozen more times now today.
hah. yeah, my bad. i have to admit that i couldn't help but chuckle when i saw the baby thrashing his head all metal. also, because that's basically how i feel after hearing that we got off our schneid and got three points on the road.
really winnable games coming up. if they can take 10 or more points from their next five - a good return, but entirely possible - they should be in a good place going into what should be big games against derby and Cardiff. it's hard to envision those last two not having a significant impact on the playoffs race, but if they can do the business beforehand, it could take a lot of pressure off those two fixtures - which would be great.
two thoughts after watching the highlights: 1) for all the discussion at OO about Bannon's straight red, I can't see what the fuss is about. that looks a really bad challenge from that shot. maybe there's another angle that shows it differently, but I don't know what they'd protest about. that looked quite reckless. EDIT: just seen that the appeal was denied. I've also just seen how folks are reacting to it elsewhere. I think I'll confine my thoughts to this little group, then, 'cause I seriously can't see what all the whining's about. That's a straight red all day long, to my eyes. 2) damn, how much better is this Wednesday team than anything in the last 15 years? they clearly lack the consistency to get and stay at the sharp end, but when they're on, there's some stuff worth watching.
yep. his foot was up. we've all seen even less get a red. after seeing i agree. i hate it though. and as for the quality of our team, i can't remember a time when i expected to win week in and week out! every weekend i like our chances.
...and given up the third most. safe to say, though, that their games probably aren't boring, drab affairs.
Well you're grinding out the results lately, you just need to make sure you go into the playoffs in the best shape possible now.
