Just to remind the argument of the other match:
    31th minute - Cambodia-Syria 0-2. And the away side failed a PK.

    Let's hope.

30 minutes and only one goal against the Almighty Afghanistan.

    What an achievement!

It is 5-0 for Syria in Cambodia, and the match isn't finished yet.

I am careful comparing that way, but yeah, it is impossible not to see it. Japan is so damn uneffective.

It finished 6-0 for Syria, their second 6-0 away win after their earliest wing against Afghanistan.

Syria is a war-troubled team and they even play their home games at Oman, and still they are faring better than Japan!

Now you want it, and they give you this undeserved massacre.
    I hope they stop. 5 - 0 is enough.
If Japan will miss qualification cuz they scored less goal vs underdogs teams it's better for Japan to miss.

    Syria for the WC!

If Japan wants to win the group they will have to win against them. And if there's more than one game between both teams there's not much room for surprise (unlike in the January).

And who cares about Syria. What only matters is the result of the 2 ties vs Japan.

Today we made our business, but the comparision is still stuck in my mind.

If you're satisfied overall with these qualyfing games, it's ok. For you.

discuss the games but enough with the "we didn't score 17 goals" angle, it makes you look silly.

I think everybody is happy with a win but every fan gets little bit annoyed when there is so much wasted chances.
Specially when supposed "worse" teams score alot more on the same opponent. Winning is the most important thing in the end , yes.

I'm talking about this match. I really don't know how I am supposed to not be satisfied, it's like it's never enough

Let's be honest though, it's not really good to put it politely but there's no issue with the scoreline.

To make a fair comparision, do you realize that this kind of 6-0 against Afghanistan showed a lot weaker performance than the 6-0 against Jordan 2-3 years ago?

Different squads, different opponents, but even different drive and effort.

Then again, let's close it and point to October's matches.

Just keep the scoreline and the irrelevant comparisons out of the argument, that's it.
The game today was pretty poor and infuriating by moments and it's the reason why you shouldn't just go by the numbers, they don't paint the whole story.

Surprise, surprise. Was anyone even expecting to be able to draw conclusions from a match like this? In this round?

Is there really any place for Japan to play the Afghanistans of this world?
